You found one.
That little card in your hand is a page from my sketchbook. A real one — drawn, printed, and left out in the world on purpose, for whoever happened to find it.
That’s you.
There’s no catch. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy, nobody tracking anything. It’s just a gift from a stranger. These pages get drawn to calm a busy head down, and at some point it seemed like they might as well go make someone’s day instead of sitting in a drawer.
It’s yours now. Keep it. Stick it on the fridge. Give it to someone who needs it. Or leave it somewhere new for the next person — honestly, that might be the best ending.
If you feel like it, I’d love to hear where this one turned up. A sentence is plenty — “found No. 047 at a bus stop in Lakewood” makes my whole week. Send a note below.
And if some part of you is thinking I want to do this too — good news. [You can. →]
Got a photo of where it landed? Tag it #youfoundone or send it along — I love seeing where these things end up.
